The Victory Garden Drive Sidewalk Improvements project will provide a new sidewalk and traffic calming along Victory Garden Drive from Apalachee Parkway to Park Avenue.

Construction on these improvements began July 8, 2024. The design includes a 6-foot-wide sidewalk with a sodded separation from the road along the west side of the roadway.

• Provide increased pedestrian connectivity along Victory Garden Drive from Apalachee Parkway to Park Avenue
• Slow down speeding vehicles

Typical Section

• Six-foot-wide sidewalk with separation from the roadway
• Street trees where possible
• Enclose existing drainage ditch on one side (west side) of the roadway

Project Schedule

• Design: Complete in Spring 2024
• Construction: Began in July 2024
• Project Completion: Anticipated to finish in Spring 2025
